We welcome high-quality research contributions from students, scholars, and practitioners
Article Categories
- Research Papers: Original empirical or theoretical research exploring contemporary economic phenomena (4,000-8,000 words excluding references)
- Policy Briefs: Applied analysis of contemporary policy challenges with actionable recommendations (2,000-4,000 words)
- Book Reviews: Critical assessments of recent economics publications with scholarly depth (1,500-2,500 words)
- Perspectives: Thought-provoking opinion pieces on emerging economic trends and debates (1,500-3,000 words)
Formatting Requirements
- Typeface: Times New Roman, 12-point font throughout the manuscript
- Line spacing: Double-spaced text (1.5 spacing acceptable for drafts)
- Margins: One inch (2.54 cm) on all sides with justified alignment
- Citation style: APA 7th Edition or Chicago Manual of Style (16th Edition) - maintain consistency
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex with compiled PDF)
- Abstract: 150-250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, and key findings
- Keywords: 4-6 relevant keywords following the abstract for indexing purposes
- Tables and figures: Numbered sequentially with descriptive captions, cited in text
Submission Process
- All submissions must represent original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere
- Manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by subject matter experts
- Submit via email to contact@ecosocsrcc.com with subject line: "Submission - [Article Title]"
- Include a cover letter with author details, institutional affiliation, and brief biographical note (100 words)
- Prepare an anonymized manuscript version removing all identifying information for peer review
- Review process typically requires 4-6 weeks; authors receive detailed feedback regardless of decision
- Accepted manuscripts may require revisions before final publication
